Every Outform piece is made with care and produced to order.

Production & Delivery Time

Our furniture is made to order, so please allow approximately 2–3 weeks from order confirmation for production and delivery.

Once your piece is ready, our team will contact you to coordinate delivery. While we always aim to deliver within the estimated timeframe, occasional delays may happen. If anything changes, we’ll keep you updated.

Free Delivery Across Egypt

We offer complimentary delivery on all Outform orders, anywhere in Egypt.

There are no additional standard delivery charges — the price you see for your piece includes delivery to your address.

Receiving Your Order

We recommend inspecting your piece when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos, and our team will take care of it.

Access

Before ordering, please make sure your doorway, elevator, stairway, and other access points can accommodate the dimensions of your furniture.
