Receiving Your Order
We recommend inspecting your piece when it arrives. If anything arrives damaged or isn’t what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible with photos or videos, and our team will take care of it.
Access
Before ordering, please make sure your doorway, elevator, stairway, and other access points can accommodate the dimensions of your furniture.
If you’re unsure whether a piece will fit, contact us before ordering and we’ll be happy to help.
Your piece is covered for 1 year against structural and manufacturing defects.
The warranty excludes misuse and normal wear. To make a claim, contact our team with photos or videos of the issue.

Our pieces are made to order, which means we begin producing your piece once your order is confirmed.
Please allow approximately 2–3 weeks for production and delivery.
We’ll keep you updated along the way, and if there are any unexpected delays, our team will get in touch with you.
Changed Your Mind?
We understand that sometimes things change.
For our standard pieces, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order, in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
To help us accept your return, the piece should be unused and kept in its original condition.
Because every piece is produced specifically after an order is placed, we encourage you to review the product dimensions, materials, and details carefully before confirming your purchase.
Customized Pieces
If we create a piece specifically to your preferences — such as a custom fabric, colour, wood finish, dimensions, or other modification — it is made especially for you.
For this reason, customized pieces cannot be returned or exchanged due to a change of mind, where permitted by applicable law.
Of course, if your piece arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, we’ll make it right.
If Something Isn’t Right
Every Outform piece is carefully inspected before leaving us.
If your order arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or doesn’t match what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible and send us a few photos or videos of the issue.
Our team will review it and arrange the appropriate repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable consumer protection requirements.
If the issue is our responsibility, you won’t be charged for the necessary collection or replacement.
A Note on Natural Materials
Part of what makes each Outform piece unique is the character of its materials.
Natural variations in wood grain, texture, pattern, and tone are completely normal, so your piece may have subtle differences from the photographs you see online.
These small variations are part of the material rather than defects.

Gently vacuum the upholstery with a soft attachment and wipe the wooden frame with a clean, soft cloth.
Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth rather than rubbing. Avoid harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners on both the fabric and the wood.
